Anyone have an inkling of how I could relatively inexpensively make myself a Buzz Lightyear costume? He's my favorite Disney character evarevarevar, and my Weasley mentioned the idea of dressing up as him earlier today. And now I just can't think of not doing it. I'd make the little lights blink on the wings and have the voicebox and the "Andy" on the foot. Hee.
